In 2023, The Family Guy Experience debuted in Los Angeles, followed by its launch in Houston in 2024. I played a key role in bringing this project to life, overseeing the vectorization of all art files for production and ensuring meticulous alignment with the creative directives set by the Family Guy team.

In addition, I led the development of a custom merchandise line, navigating Disney's rigorous approval process, sourcing a reliable vendor, and implementing an efficient inventory management system to support the experience’s success.
