Forbes Virtual Summits

In 2020, Forbes successfully pivoted to virtual events to keep our communities engaged during lockdown. I played a key role in this transition, developing new workflows to support the team’s shift to a fully virtual format.

As an event production lead, I worked closely with internal teams, planned and executed rehearsals, provided guidance on technical elements, and coordinated with vendors to ensure seamless execution. This experience not only honed my ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment but also allowed me to cultivate a versatile skill set.

In addition to production, I analyzed attendee feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance our virtual events, ensuring each one was more impactful than the last. In 2021, I proudly served as the production lead for 44% of Forbes’ virtual events, contributing to their success and sustained audience engagement.
